Based on the upstream project specifications, this command generates a file tasks/epics.ini containing epics and stories in a specific format

daksh agent setup-default-copilot-instructions

Creates the following instructions in the folder .github/instructions

1. create-documentation.mdc
2. create-epics.mdc
3. create-prd.mdc
4. generate-tasks.mdc
5. process-task-list.mdc
